1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Insights for Apps (“Insights”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Insights provides a client application that displays App Store Connect analytics, transactions, customer reviews, and enables review response management.

Insights is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, except through use of Apple-provided APIs and services.

Insights is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GitHub.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with Apple’s applicable agreements, including the App Store Connect terms.

4. Accounts

You must sign in using Sign in with Apple to use Insights.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and Apple account
• All activity conducted through your Insights account

5. App Store Connect Credentials

You grant Insights permission to use your App Store Connect API credentials solely to:

• Fetch analytics, transactions, and reviews
• Submit developer responses to reviews

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting App Store Connect or revoking the key in App Store Connect.

6. GitHub Integrations

If you connect GitHub, you grant Insights permission to access the GitHub accounts, installations, organizations, and repositories you authorize solely to provide optional issue discovery and issue-creation workflows.

• Insights may read repository and open-issue context needed to identify related or duplicate issue candidates
• Insights may send issue titles, descriptions, labels, and selected review context to GitHub when you choose to create an issue
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect the repository and create or manage issues
• You are responsible for reviewing issue candidates before creating, publishing, or relying on them

You may disconnect GitHub in Insights or revoke access through GitHub at any time.

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Intelligence Credits

Insights offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Purchases are completed with Apple and are tied to the Apple account used for the transaction.

7.1 Subscriptions

The optional Pro subscription, displayed as InsightsPro in Apple purchase surfaces, provides additional monthly Intelligence Credits for AI-assisted workflows. In the United States, Pro is currently listed at $4.99 per month, but the price, currency, taxes, trial terms, and available offers shown by Apple before purchase control the transaction.

• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple before renewal
• Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple’s App Store terms
• You can manage or cancel a subscription through Apple’s subscription settings

7.2 Intelligence Credits

Intelligence Credits are account-scoped usage credits for AI-assisted features, including Review Chat, Revenue Chat, Acquisition Chat, response drafting, removal-request drafting, and translation workflows. Credits are not cash, do not have stored monetary value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside Insights.

• Free accounts include 50 monthly Intelligence Credits
• Pro accounts include 500 monthly Intelligence Credits during each verified subscription period
• Monthly included credits expire at the end of the active period and do not roll over
• One-time top-up credits are separate overflow credits and do not expire unless disclosed before purchase or required by law
• Credits are spent from monthly included credits first, then from top-up credits

7.3 Credit Charges, Refunds & Changes

AI-backed actions may reserve or spend credits before provider work begins. If an AI-backed operation fails, times out, or is skipped before provider execution, Insights may return the reserved credits to your account. Credits are not guaranteed to be refunded for completed operations merely because you dislike, edit, or choose not to use the output.

Apple handles App Store refunds. If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, we may remove or adjust the related subscription entitlement, included credits, or top-up credits. If your Pro subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be verified, your account may return to the Free tier. Any remaining top-up credits stay associated with your account unless refunded, revoked, or otherwise required by law.

We may update credit costs, included monthly credit amounts, eligible features, top-up packages, and paid subscription features as the product evolves. Changes apply prospectively unless required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform policy.

8. AI-Assisted Features

Review Chat, Revenue Chat, Acquisition Chat, generated responses, translations, removal-request drafts, and GitHub issue candidates are assistive features. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sending, publishing, creating issues, or relying on them. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, suitable for your app, accepted by Apple, or appropriate for any GitHub repository.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Insights for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access data you do not own or control
• Interfere with service security or integrity
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service
• Use AI-assisted features to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content
• Attempt to resell, transfer, automate, or exploit Intelligence Credits outside normal app use

10. Intellectual Property

Insights and all related software, designs, and branding are owned by Sedlacek Solutions LLC.

You retain ownership of your App Store Connect data and GitHub content.

11. Service Availability

Insights is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued availability of any Apple service, GitHub service, AI provider, paid feature, credit package, or subscription feature.

12. Termination

You may stop using Insights at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Required by law or Apple policies
• Needed to protect the service, other users, or third-party providers from abuse

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sedlacek Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost revenue or data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues arising from Apple services or App Store Connect availability
• Issues arising from GitHub services, repository permissions, or issue content
• AI-generated content, translations, drafts, or recommendations
• Loss, expiration, or adjustment of credits as described in these Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
